Megalodon Miocene Marine Macropredator

For nearly 20 million years the oceans of the Cenozoic
were dominated by an apex predator; Megalodon.
The largest shark of all time. What led to the rise of this
mega toothed shark, how did it feed, and ultimately
why after a 20-million-year reign did it fall into extinction.
